JNike Air Zenith - Metro Collection - Fall ‘09

Previously only seen in Europe as part of Nike’s Metro Collection, it looks like the Air Max Zenith will finally be showing up in the U.S. very soon. The shoe takes its inspiration from some classic Nike models, with the Air Max 1 being the most recognizable element. The Air Max Zenith simplifies the Air Max 1 design to create a sleeker silhouette with a stylish look. For starters, the shoe will be released in tonal red and black colorways, both with clean white midsoles, sections of patent leather and a textured material on the mid panels behind the Swoosh. These should be arriving at select Nike retailers soon as a part of the Fall ‘09 roster, so we’ll make sure to keep you informed on specific release info and additional colorways. Via HighSnobiety.

JNike Air Classic BW - White - Metallic Silver - Hot Red - Sample

The Nike Air Classic BW has recently been seen in a number of new colorways, and here we have a look at one of the most intriguing versions yet. This Air Classic BW sports a White full grain leather/mesh upper with sections of Metallic Silver that is so reflective, it almost looks like chrome. Additional accents are provided by some touches of Navy and a few splashes of Hot Red. One of the most noteworthy attributes of this Classic BW model is the different colored lace tips that tie in both accent colors and give these kicks a nice extra style boost. Nike Air Max 95 + Sky Force High - Wii Pack

The Nintendo Wii is occupying a hefty market share in video game console sales despite its dated graphics because of the amazingly fun motion-sensitive controllers.? We already saw two members of this pack release that were aesthetically impressive enough to stop you in your tracks and here is another pair of new pairs.? The Nike Air Max 95 and Sky Force High pictured above are both inspired by Nintendo’s wonderful white box.?

The AM95s go the clean route by laying a silver mesh over the white patent leather upper, while using silver for other accents.? The classic runner has a translucent sole like the Sky Force, but the old school basketball hightop adds orange outlines to the Swoosh, eyelets and tongue logo (which is shaped like the Wii’s power button).? Throw in an embossed safari print on the side panels and circuit board-like laser etching around the ankle area, and you have some room to move between these two choices.? These are available now, and we’ve seen them at retailers like Proper.

John Maeda x Reebok ERS 5000 Maeda Reduce

John Maeda’s mathematically-inclined Reebok designs have shown us how far patterns can go on sneakers.? For his latest effort, Maeda got back to basics and literally took a page from his own book.? The Reebok ERS 5000 Maeda Reduce doesn’t look like a fractal or a chalkboard, but it does immediately catch your eye.? These are done in a shiny metallic silver leather with just a single ‘equation’ on the toe.? This revolutionary motorcycle-inspired model celebrated the legacy of Michael Jordan. Equipped with next generation IPS cushion, a spherical shape and a laser etched design representing immortalized symbols of Jordan on its lace strap and interior gave this shoe a unique look and performance. Platinum Nike Air Force 1 Bespoke by Mayor

Once again, we get a look into the astonishing Bespoke collection amassed by Air Force 1 aficionado, Mayor. This time around, the Air Force one gets a flashy new look, courtesy of a shimmering metallic platinum upper.
