The Nike Zoom Sharkalaid takes inspiration from the classic Nike Air Max Raid, one of the most durable outdoor court shoes to ever hit the blacktop, as well as the Zoom Sharkley. Technology updates come in the form of a Phylon midsole and Zoom Air Unit in the heel.

Summertime brings out more heads than usual to the local park, so durability is a must when it comes to summer basketball shoes. After seeing the Jordan Element score well in that department, and being a fan of the original Air Raid, I was anxious to see how well these kicks did in the hot summer sun.

Solebox x Rimowa x Pro Keds

As of late, we have seen a number of upcoming releases from Pro Keds such as the Patta x Pro-Keds Royal Hi & Royal Lo, the Royal Low Navy Blue Canvas and the 69ers Uptowner Lo “NY Mets”. In addition, Pro Keds has hooked up with Solebox and luggage brand Rimowa to create this special edition sneaker.

Sticking with a traditional, recognizable color scheme, this particular sneaker owns a predominately black base with contrasting red accents in the form of the toe cap, tongue logo, shoelaces and heel tab. The latter area also contains the Solebox logo. However, one of the more interesting features is how this shoe will come packaged. Since luggage brand Rimowa is involved in the collaboration, the three sides came up with the idea to release the sneaker in a suitcase. Only 25 pairs will be made available. via airmax

Converse Chuck Taylor “Sweatshirt”Converse Chuck Taylor “Sweatshirt”

Converse has been nothing less than experimental and erratic with its designs on the infamous Chuck Taylor model this year. Recently, we have spotted rock band inspirations, Chucks with zippers and all-over quilted bases. In addition, Converse has just unleashed the Converse Chuck Taylor “Sweatshirt”.

Obviously, pertaining to its nickname, this Chuck Taylor possesses a 100% grey cotton sweatshirt texture throughout the base. As contrasting color features, this shoe contains white shoelaces, a white toe cap and a white rubber sole. The latter area also owns a red strip just below the base and a black strip towards the bottom of the shoe. Supra TK Society “X-Games”

Supra has used the Skytop model for various collaborations and tributes including the Palms Hotel x Supra Skytop, the Stubbs x Supra Skytop and the Brooklyn Projects x Supra Shoes Skytop. However, straying away from the Skytop (for at least a couple of minutes), we have just spotted two TK Society models that pay tribute to a well-known sports event.

These two TK Society colorways were created for this year’s 15th X-Games in Los Angeles. Both pairs possess a predominately black base, yet, one owns a neon green heel panel, strap section and sole, while the remaining pair contains pink in the same areas. The vivid colorways seem ideal for the summer season to say the least. No word yet on if this shoe will actually release to the public, however, Also, do not be surprised if you see Terry Kennedy himself sporting this exact shoe during the X-Games.via airmax

Air Jordan 11 Retro “Space Jam”

The comment section was filled to the brim with positive comments when we showed you the Air Jordan 11 Retro “Space Jam” Sample yesterday; and that was just the sample! Now, we have photos of the actual Air Jordan 11 Retro “Space Jam”. Who else cannot wait until Black Friday?

At a first glance, this “Space Jam” sneaker ls a carbon copy of the 2000 released retro; however, the only glaring difference between the two is the Jumpman placement direction. The 2000 retro release had both Jumpman logos on each sneakers pointing towards the frontal part of the shoe. This 2009 “Space Jam” retro release will feature the Jumpman logo on the left shoe pointing towards the rear of the shoe, while the left shoe has the Jumpman also pointing towards the frontal area. In addition, the 2009 version will also possess a blue Jumpman logo on the outsole as opposed to the white Jumpman logo seen on the 2000 retro. Two weeks ago, we showed you a small part of the New Balance 996 lineup which featured a blue colorway and a white colorway. The majority of you really did not express interest in them. However, we have now spotted three more subtle colorways that are apart of the upcoming fall collection.

As opposed to the vivid, eye-catching colorways that the previous two New Balance 996 models featured, these pairs seem to possess a more fall-associated color scheme. While Nike SB has had a few yawn worthy months this year, August will see several heaters drop. The maroon Nike Delta Force High AC model we showed you last month has made its way into storefronts, continuing Nike’s string of vulcanized releases. Featuring a woven and leather upper, the model stays relatively true to its original 1988 predecessor, the one major difference coming in the use of a vulcanized sole. You will definitely love this custom design Adidas sneaker from Itchyhands. The sneaker comes in red painted Upper leaving the three stripes and the toecap unpainted. The sneaker’s midsole, toecap, three stripes logo of Adidas on the side panel, and the back heel lining on top of the shoes is the only parts of the shoes that were left unpainted.

At the Upper back panel of the shoes, a big spider painted in black was placed. It was artistically done that it could freak out anyone who is arachnephobic. I personally love Itchyhands Vianney Tribute design. The sneaker is an Adidas Shoes classic in pure white.

The design is a creative watch marking with a patented mysterious auto winding motor in the watches. The design is very appropriate for sneaker lovers who value time so much.

The color of the designed watch is orange and black colorway that are painted at the Upper of the sneaker. I honestly do not play basketball, but, I will definitely going to buy this lovely hottie. The new Nike Hyperdunk comes in shiny Pink leather Upper with just small amount of white accent in the swoosh, shoe laces, and small part in the midsole. I love the pink logo that was placed at the tongue tag and insole.

Royal Flush Custom Design Sneaker

I found another Sole Brother Custom Sneaker design that I am sure a lot of sneaker lovers will love. Check out the Royal Flush custom design sneaker. The design comes from Marc Lee from Malaysia.

The design was actually artistically hand painted in an Adidas Superstar 2. It comes in deck of normal bicycle card design. The Upper sneaker was painted with royal cards Ace, King, Queen, and Jack all over. The three stripes were also painted in three different colors: dark blue, navy blue, light blue for the blue colored design.
